QTAC™ quick attack fire and rescue trucks are purpose-built for demanding wildland, municipal and rescue applications. If you need a light weight, bulletproof truck that is ready for the most demanding environments, QTAC is the answer. Our welded PolyTough™ body construction and premium, top-shelf components mean you get an apparatus that is purpose-built and ready to respond.
We've been building complete quick attack fire trucks for years under our corporate brand, MTECH, but have now wrapped all of our fire and rescue offerings under the QTAC™ product name as part of our goal to offer everything from UTV skids up to rescue and Wildland Urban Interface truck builds. See the trucks HERE.
Simple: less weight, corrosion resistant body construction and extreme durability. Our builds often outlast multiple chassis, and they have been tested in the most demanding wildland firefighting environments on the planet.
Every QTAC Fire and Rescue truck features our welded PolyTough™ body, powdercoated steel, spring-mounted subframe, and your choice of roll-up or slam doors. For the brush trucks we have tank sizes range between 250 and 500 gallons, depending on requirements, and we offer a full line of Waterax pumps. If you need a pump that falls outside our normal pump offering, we’ll track down the right model for you.
If you’re looking for a brush truck or rescue truck that will last for decades, give us a call or contact us here. We look forward to working with you.
The QTAC Super 3™ meets NWCG Type 3 requirements on a 19,500-pound GVWR chassis. This is accomplished using our lightweight PolyTough™ body and tank combo, and a unique pump system consisting of dual WATERAX BB4s. The Super Single conversion means the Super 3 has increased capability off-road, maintaining a tight turning radius and maneuverability, all without the need of a CDL. This truck is perfect for wildland contractors or smaller volunteer fire departments. Get the benefits of a Type 3 without the size, maintenance and licensing requirements associated with larger apparatus.
The QTAC Super 6™ is a robust Type 6 built for the Wildland Urban Interface. It features a Super Single conversion kit, diesel medium pressure pump and a lightweight, corrosion-proof and durable PolyTough™ body and tank combination. The Super 6 is engineered for demanding wildland and municipal environments and exemplifies QTAC's commitment to quality and performance.
